Eduardo Caruz is a specialist in public law, with extensive experience in urban planning, contractual and contentious-administrative matters.
Eduardo Caruz advises on the preparation of urban development plans, and on the constitution and operation of various collaborating urban development entities. He also advises public administrations and private entities on contracting matters.
He is a professor of administrative law at the University of Seville, Instituto Andaluz de Administraciones Públicas, Universidad Internacional de Andalucía, Instituto de Práctica Empresarial, Instituto Cajasol, Confederación de Empresas de Andalucía, FIDAS and other institutions.
