We provide the client with advice on the current state and necessary investments of the real estate through our Due Diligence services.

Through our Due Diligence reports we facilitate real estate operations, in the case of Urbanization Projects evaluating the degree of completion or deterioration of the same and in the case of building works evaluating the state of the property and the verification of compliance with the applicable regulations, both local and national.

Our work methodology allows us to adapt each executed work to the needs of our clients, covering the following phases:

  • Documentation analysis: Review of the technical and administrative documentation corresponding to the construction, as well as that generated during the use and maintenance of the building.
  • Legal and urban planning review.
  • Environmental review.
  • Inspection of the urbanization or property: Visual inspection, which aims to assess the state of a building, detecting visible construction anomalies, as well as the state of its installations.
  • Estimation of costs: The approximate costs of the repair works to leave it to the taste of the client.
  • Report: Definition of the recommendations, concerning repair works, depending on the degree of urgency, establishing the repair time frame, identification of risks and recommended measures.
