- Allegations to Planning in process.
- Drafting of the Urbanization Projects necessary for the development of the approved planning, its work management and final certification of the same.

- Assistance to the Property in the process of processing and approval of any instruments of urban planning and/or management, both in the areas whose initiative corresponds to the Property, as well as in those in which, being a participant, the formulation corresponds to third parties.
- Assistance to the Property in the Compensation Boards, administrative associations of owners or any other collaborating urban development entities of which the Property may form part throughout the process of urban development execution by any of the legally established systems of the land under management.
- Assistance to the Property and representation before the Administration acting in the processes of planning, urban management, urbanization, or any other that affects the managed land.
- Management of Compensation Boards.
- Assistance, negotiation and management with minority owners in areas with highly atomized ownership structures.
- Management with Administrations and supply companies.
- Processing and obtaining sectorial reports.
- Analysis of alternatives to develop plots of land, including technical proposals for implementation and planning with the corresponding economic feasibility and commercialization studies.
- Control and supervision of the execution of the urbanization works of the area in which the Real Estate Project is included until its final reception.
- Control and supervision of the correct issuance of urbanization fees by the corresponding Urban Development Entity.
