This is our fundamental mission. We design the structural project optimizing the solution technically and economically. Then, we draw up the plans so that they are as easily interpretable as possible by technicians and operators. In this way, we try to avoid as many errors or pathologies as possible.
Technical assistance and construction management.
Our extensive experience has allowed us to carry out numerous works of technical assistance to the Project Management. In addition, we have supervised and checked the foundations and structure of numerous buildings.
Pathologies.
We carry out studies of buildings affected by pathologies mainly with origin in foundations and/or structures.
The work consists of identifying the causes through on-site visits and field work, but also in office meetings. Although the service is oriented to establish the necessary corrective measures, our main mission is to guarantee the stability of the affected building.
Rehabilitation.
We work on the structural evaluation consisting of determining the resistant capacity and its suitability for the service it will be used for, establishing the necessary corrective measures both at foundation and structure level.
We propose solutions that allow modifying the foundation and structure to the reformed state: closing or opening holes, reinforcing slabs or beams among other issues depending on the structural evaluation.
Expert reports.
We elaborate expert reports originated by judicial claims that have been initiated as a result of some pathology. Our experience and qualified talent allow us to determine the causes and the phase to which the damage corresponded during the construction. Subsequently, we provide the necessary measures to correct the pathology including its economic valuation.
